One egg per animal
Every animal lays its own egg, with its own shape. Here are the eggs of each biome, in corridor order, then the special eggs.
In the nests, the same egg shows up in several sizes. The bigger it is, the more the pet inside makes, but the heavier it is to carry: you run slower and the guardian catches you more easily. An egg's color says nothing about its value: its shape tells you the pet.
Nest eggs respawn every 5 minutes.
Not in the nests: Equinox and Aetheron are made by fusion at the secret shrine.
Limited egg: it never spawns in the corridor nests. You get it from the shop or during events like Admin Abuse (live events where the game's creators hand out bonuses).
Sold for Robux in the shop from Update 2 until Update 4, when the Luminous Egg replaced it. Each monster had a rare Mecha version.

The lobby Rift asks for 3 random pets: sacrifice them to get a Rift egg. Three banners (Riftborn, Riftbeasts, Shattered Rift) rotate about every 3 hours, on every server at once.
